Rossco Properties is a Perthshire based property development and investment company, formed in 1996 by Simon Howie.
Rossco is a privately owned company and is involved in the development and investment of predominantly commercial property across all sectors of the industry and throughout the UK. Completed schemes to date have been in the retail, warehousing, trade parks, port/dockside storage, edge of town light industrial and bonded sprit storage where the company has worked closely in partnership with occupiers, investors, landowners and local authorities to procure and deliver successful developments.
Rossco are looking to expand by developing and investing in further new projects, either individually or in partnership with other development companies, investors, funders and landowners. The company has access to private funds and as such quick decisions can be made when considering new opportunities.

Stuart Buchanan
Asset Manager
Stuart is a Chartered Surveyor and deals with development, planning, and transactions for Rossco Properties.
Euan Campbell
Property Manager
Euan previously worked for the firm of J & E Shepherd (Chartered Surveyors) working in all areas of commercial and residential property management and maintenance. Euan attended University of Abertay studying Computing & IT. He joined Rossco Properties and works alongside the team ensuring that the properties are let and maintained. Outside of the business, Euan’s time is spent raising his two young sons.
