Rossco Properties is a Perthshire based property development and investment company, formed in 1996 by Simon Howie.
Rossco is a privately owned company involved in the development and investment of predominantly commercial property across all industry sectors and throughout the UK. To date, completed schemes have been in retail, warehousing, trade parks, port/dockside storage, edge of town light industrial, and bonded spirit storage, where the company has worked closely in partnership with occupiers, investors, landowners, and local authorities to procure and deliver successful developments.
