Rossco Properties acquires M8 warehouse from Tesco

The acquisition for an undisclosed sum takes Rossco’s investment portfolio to £50m
Entrepreneur Simon Howie’s property investment and development company Rossco Properties has acquired a 186,000 sq ft warehouse and 18 acres from Tesco along the M8 at Livingston.
The acquisition for an undisclosed sum adds to Rossco’s investment portfolio of £50 million, which is mainly made up of trade parks and industrial properties with a number of developments retained as investments.
The unit is currently leased to DHL.
Perthshire-based Howie said: “This acquisition represents a very interesting asset management opportunity for Rossco. There are a few fundamentals that attracted me to this opportunity: the visibility to the M8 and proximity to J3/3a; the cross-docking; the generous 12m eaves height and substantial yard.”
